Counselling
A first session includes an assessment where a history will be taken and you will set goals for your work together. Although this list is not exhaustive people seek counselling to learn to better manage things like depression, stress, addiction and communication. On average, people usually attend three to four sessions to work on their goals. Amy uses a combination of therapeutic styles including Cognitive Behavioural and Solution Focused Therapy. Family members are welcome to attend at your discretion.
